At 6.00pm The British Foundation for University of the West Indies hosts The BFUWI Christmas Lyme at The Jamaican High Commission, 1 Prince Consort Road, SW7 2BZ. At 6.30pm The All Party Parliamentary Group on Malaria host the World Health Organisations Global Launch of the World Malaria Report 2014 in the Macmillan Room Portcullis House, Bridge Street, SW1A 2LW. At 6.30pm the Society of Black Lawyers hosts Children in Conflict Zones at Fasken Martineau, 17 Hanover Square, W1S 1HU. This seminar seeks to raise awareness of children trapped in armed conflict and occupation, in addition to discussing mechanisms and influencing strategies. Speakers include D Peter Herbert OBE, Kimberley Brown (UNICEF), Aaron Ogletree (NCBL (USA)), Courtenay Griffiths QC, Baroness Patricia Scotland QC and Raissa Uwineza (SBL).
